Uganda & Rwanda
Uganda has a population of 41 million people and has and incredibly diverse eco system, with a wide range of animals calling it their home.
From gorillas and chimps to tree climbing lions, Uganda has it all and is an incredible country to visit.
Unlike most of the African countries, Uganda only has two official languages, the first being English and the second which is Swahilli which only became an official language in 2005.
Rwanda is situated in the Abertine Rift and is a fairly densely populated cointry with 12 million people. It is one of Africa’s richest biodiversity countries.
There are a number of things to do and see in Rwanda, the top of the list being Mountain Gorillas, but apart from that there are a number of hikes and walking trails through the forests as well as walking along the canopy walk ways.
The Akagera National Park has taken a massive turn in the way of conservation and has almost eliminated poaching in the area completely. It is an incredibly beautiful area that should be on everyone’s bucket list.
